I have a friend that was down. I gave her an unexpected hug to brighten her day. You see, when you hug somebody, they expect it, but when you hug them out of nowhere, it feels more meaningful to them, especially to a stranger.
Pain is something we all have to deal with. It's just how others come to your help when you least expect it that makes that pain feel a bit more painless.
Give a little lifqual and see how much good it gets you.
